To keep your cookware in tip-top shape, stick to silicon or wood utensils.
Use oven mitts or a tea towel when handling as cookware handles and lids can get hot with prolonged stovetop use.
Easy-clean: for best results, hand wash once the pan has fully cooled. Use gentle cleaners and soft bristle brushes for cleaning.
Store mindfully: hang on the wall, a pot rack, or stack carefully with other cookware, separated using a soft cloth material.

FedEx sent the package back to Kilne, they ended up saying that they couldn’t fulfill it and voided the order. I bought it during the Christmas discount and customer support has not provided any explanation as to why it cannot be fulfilled nor explained if I could repurchase at the previous price.
