Shipping & Returns

Shipping is free on all orders across the US (domestic only) and Canada. Currently, Kilne does not ship outside these areas or to PO boxes. Due to shipping restrictions, a flat fee of $150 CAD applies to orders shipped to the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. For rates to Alaska & Hawaii and PO box exceptions, please contact hello@kilne.com for a shipping estimate. 

 
Processing Times: Orders typically ship out within 2-3 business days. Further delays may occur during peak order periods such as Black Friday and during the Holidays

Delivery Times:
 2-7 business days.
 

Holiday Delivery Times: Orders typically ship out within 3-5 business days during the holiday season, but may take up to 7 business days during peak order periods.

Please contac to get estimated times for your area. Note that emails received late Friday-Sunday, as well as during the Black Friday/Holiday season, may experience longer response times. Please note we are offline December 25, 26 and January 1.
 

Return & Exchange Policy: Enjoy a 30-day risk-free trial. If for any reason your purchase isn’t the perfect fit, simply return it for a full refund—on us. Returns and exchanges are easily managed through our Returns portal.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@kilne.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong item, or are missing an item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Amazon / Other Retail Partners: If you purchased Kilne products through Amazon or another retail partner and wish to make a return, please initiate the return process through them. Please note that we can only process returns on purchases made directly from Kilne.com
