With it's even and efficient heat distribution, Kilne cookware performs optimally at low-to-medium heat levels on the stovetop.
To preserve the patented non-stick coating, we recommend using natural ingredients such as butter or oil to grease the surface of Kilne cookware before cooking.
To keep your cookware in tip-top shape, stick to silicon or wood utensils.
Use oven mitts or a tea towel when handling as cookware handles and lids can get hot with prolonged stovetop use.
Easy-clean: for best results, hand wash once the pan has fully cooled. Use gentle cleaners and soft bristle brushes for cleaning.
Store mindfully: hang on the wall, a pot rack, or stack carefully with other cookware, separated using a soft cloth material.

Not Usable on Induction

We did a renovation installed an induction cook top. Although they say that this pan works on induction cook tops, it does not. On lever 9, the highest heat, I can boil a large pot of water in a minute with a real induction pot. With this fry pan, I can barely get the pan hot at this level - it try’s but fails. On my previous gas range, I would give the pan a 3.5 rating as it still underperforms other fry pans. I own two of these pans as have one at a winter property where we have a electric range so have plenty of experience. Their knives are perfect and their star.

When I first read the information on the everything pan I was skeptical. I have used the pan every day for two weeks and it is not disappointing. It cooks my eggs perfectly every time. No issues with food sticking and it still looks great. Now that I am satisfied with my purchase it is time to buy more.

This pot is absolutely beautiful and the craftsmanship seems really good. Bought it as a present for my mom as a birthday gift because she has always wanted a “pasta pot”. This seemed like a good size. That being said, when cooking pasta in the pot, in order to maintain a roiling boil, the water does seem to leak between the strainer and the top of the pot. I then have to decrease the temperature which slows the boil and affects pasta cooking time. I do really appreciate the size of the pot, but might need something a little deeper for boiling pasta. That being said, I do feel like I will be able to find lots of other uses for this pot.
