Use & Care + -
  • Wash your knives before first use.
  • Use the back or topside when scraping food off your cutting board. Us the sharp side will dull your blade.
  • To keep knives sharp, hand-washing is recommended. All Kilne knives are dishwasher safe.
  • Use a wood or plastic cutting board. Cutting onto metal, glass or stone surfaces can dull or damage knives.
  • Cutting frozen foods can also damage your knives.
  • Store knives in a knife block or on a magnetic strip to keep them sharp and protected. Keeping knives loose in drawers can cause premature wear and tear.
  • Although Kilne knives are designed to stay sharper longer, we still recommend you sharpen or hone them often. See FAQ for more details.

Nifty Knife!

This paring knife is my new favourite! I was surprised by the weight of it, but it fits in your hand well, and the blade slices right through everything precisely.

Impressed

I have only had this knife for about a month but when I first received it I was very impressed with it. Hoping it holds up and doesn’t start to chip like other knives I have owned.
