Never heat an empty pan and whenever possible, avoid aerosol spray oils, as they can degrade the non-stick coating

Great pan, Poor quality

I loved everything about this pan until I noticed chipping fragments on the edge. I also felt tiny nodules forming on parts of the cooking surface, and now I feel wary that this might lead to chipping or splintering of the cooking surface. I will be reaching out to customer service for additional support.
