Use & Care+-
To keep your cutting board in one place and from sliding around when cutting, place a damp cloth or tea towel flat on the countertop, and then place your cutting board on top of it. The damp towel acts as a grip and will keep your board in place.
Hand-wash after every use and let dry on a cleaning rack. This will allow air to access the entire surface of the board, promoting even drying.
We recommend oiling your cutting board every month (or when it feels dry to the touch) using a food grade mineral oil and soft, clean cloth. This will increase the longevity of the solid acacia wood.
Avoid the use of a dishwasher as the high temperatures and moisture could result in cracking and warping of the board.
