USE & CARE
Wash thoroughly immediately after use when using for raw meat or poultry. Liquids that come from the meat when cut, when left to pool for long periods can be absorbed into the wood.
Hand wash with warm, soapy water, and a gentle (non-abrasive) sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners or steel wool.
Do not soak or submerge in water for prolonged periods of time.
Immediately towel-dry after washing and ensure airflow until completely dry.
Store in a cool, dry place. Do not expose to direct sunlight or place near heat sources.
