Care & Use

• To keep your cutting board in one place and from sliding around when cutting, place a damp cloth or tea towel flat on the countertop, and then place your cutting board on top of it. The damp towel acts as a grip and will keep your board in place.
• Hand-wash after every use and let dry on a cleaning rack. This will allow air to access the entire surface of the board, promoting even drying.
• We recommend oiling your cutting board every month (or when it feels dry to the touch) using a food grade mineral oil and soft, clean cloth. This will increase the longevity of the solid acacia wood.
• Avoid the use of a dishwasher as the high temperatures and moisture could result in cracking and warping of the board.
