Avec leurs dents dentelées, les couteaux en acier allemand chrome sont parfaits non seulement pour les steaks, mais également pour les tomates, les agrumes, les baguettes et plus encore...

Ces couteaux sont petits mais puissants, et ont des lames dentelées, permettant une utilisation comfortable de la préparation des repas au service à table. Les blocs magnétiques se fixent facilement les uns aux autres ou sur les côtés du Knife Set .

Remarque : le ton du bois d'acacia varie. Les blocs peuvent être légèrement plus clairs ou plus foncés que les blocs illustrés. Les blocs de couteaux blancs ont un extérieur recouvert de blanc et sont fabriqués à partir du même bois d'acacia et d'un intérieur en bois tendre qui est doux pour les couteaux.

  • X — Stainless Steel - High-grade durable German Steel.
  • 50 — Carbon Content - 0.5% carbon offers good hardness, which results in good edge retention. The blade stays sharper, longer.
  • Cr — Chromium - Ensures high rust resistance in the finish of the blades.
  • Mo — Molybdenum - Increases toughness and reduces the likelihood of chipping.
  • V — Vanadium - Improves grain structure and durability to reduce wear.
  • 15 — Chromium Content - 15% chromium increases the resistance to oxidation and corrosion and allows the classification of ‘stainless steel'.

Note: Acacia wood varies in tone. Blocks may be slightly lighter or darker than blocks pictured. The Sugar (white) Knife Block has a white coated exterior and is made of the same acacia wood and soft wood interior that is gentle on knives. The Sugar tone may appear slightly different or more cream in person.
Use & Care + -
  • Wash your knives before first use.
  • Use the back or topside when scraping food off your cutting board. Using the sharp side will dull your blade.
  • To keep knives sharp, hand-washing is recommended. All Kilne knives are dishwasher safe.
  • Use a wood or plastic cutting board. Cutting onto metal, glass or stone surfaces can dull or damage knives.
  • Cutting frozen foods can also damage your knives.
  • Store knives in a knife block or on a magnetic strip to keep them sharp and protected. Keeping knives loose in drawers can cause premature wear and tear.
  • Although Kilne knives are designed to stay sharper longer, we still recommend you sharpen or hone them often. See FAQ for more details.
  • Wipe magnetic blocks clean with a damp cloth (do not submerge or soak).
