30-Day Return Trial

Kilne offers a generous 30-day risk-free trial on all products. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return your item for a full refund — no questions asked.

Try it for up to 30 days

Use your Kilne product at home. If at any point within the 30-day window it isn't right for you, you're eligible for a full refund.

Contact Kilne to start the return

Reach out to hello@kilne.com to initiate your return. The team is available Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST. Expect a slightly longer response time on late Fridays, weekends, and during the holiday season.

Receive a prepaid shipping label

Kilne will send you a prepaid return label at no cost to you — returns are completely free.

Ship the item back

Send the product back using the prepaid label provided. Once received and verified, your full refund will be processed.

Purchased through Amazon or another retailer? Please initiate the return directly through them rather than contacting Kilne.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Inspect your order upon arrival. If anything is wrong, contact hello@kilne.com immediately so the team can make it right.

Knives, Flatware, Dinnerware & Wood Products

Protected for life against manufacturing defects.

  • Covers manufacturing defects
  • Original purchaser or gifted recipient with proof of purchase
  • Valid in Canada
Pots & Pans (Cookware)

One year of coverage from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and coating performance.

  • Covers coating defects
  • Covers major decrease in non-stick performance
  • Original purchaser or gifted recipient with proof of purchase

After your 30-day trial period ends, all Kilne products are backed by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Coverage varies by product category.

Covered
  • Manufacturing defects (structural or material)
  • Coating defects & significant non-stick decline (cookware)
Covered
  • Normal wear and tear, stains, discolouration
  • Damage from dropping or scraping
  • Improper use or failure to follow care instructions
  • Commercial use
  • Aesthetic preferences (e.g. colour)
  • Products purchased from an unauthorized reseller
  • Resold product (second-hand)

The warranty covers the original purchaser or someone who received the product as a gift (with proof of purchase). It is not transferable and only applies in Canada to products purchased from kilne.com or an authorized Kilne retailer. Warranty approval is at Kilne's sole discretion.
