Why We Love This Recipe
There’s something satisfying about making dumplings from scratch. While folding them takes a little time, the ingredients are simple, the cooking method is foolproof, and the results feel restaurant-worthy. Using a steamer keeps the dumplings juicy and tender while eliminating the need for excess oil. Finish them with chili crisp, soy sauce, and fresh green onions for an easy meal that delivers big flavour.
